Cancellation, refund and renewal terms depend on the SaaSPro plan, billing cycle, payment method and any written commercial agreement with the customer.
Cancellation
Customers should request cancellation before the next renewal date where cancellation at renewal is permitted under their plan.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is assessed according to the applicable subscription agreement, payment status, service period already delivered and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned through an available supported payment method.
